Please read these terms carefully before booking a service, buying a protection plan or using our website. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Last updated: 1 October 2026The key time limits from the terms below, in the order you will meet them.
Welcome to MotorShieldExperts. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and every service, product and protection plan we provide, including paint protection film, ceramic and graphene coating, window tint, windshield care, rust-proofing and underbody protection, extended vehicle warranty plans and roadside assistance. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, paying a deposit or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website. If you have a question about anything written here, you are welcome to call or email us before you book, and we will be happy to explain it in plain language.
To keep this document easy to read, we use a few short terms throughout. "MotorShieldExperts", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business operating under the MotorShieldExperts name, including its staff, certified installers and authorised partners. "You", "your" and "customer" mean the person who requests a quote, books a service, owns or is authorised to present the vehicle, or buys a plan from us.
"Vehicle" means the car, SUV, or other motor vehicle you bring to us for work. "Services" means any application, treatment, installation or inspection we perform. "Plan" means any extended protection, warranty or roadside assistance programme we sell, and "Workmanship Warranty" means the written warranty we issue for the quality of our installation work.
MotorShieldExperts provides premium protection and appearance services for vehicles. Our main services are described below, and the exact scope of work for your vehicle is always confirmed in your quote or job card before work begins.
Product names, film brands, coating grades and warranty periods may vary by package and over time. We will always tell you which product is being used on your vehicle and provide the matching warranty terms in writing.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you give us about your vehicle, its size and condition, and the services you want. A quote is not a binding contract until you confirm it and, where we ask for one, pay the booking deposit. Quotes are normally valid for fifteen days, after which prices, product availability or waiting times may change.
We may need to inspect the vehicle in person before confirming a final price. If the inspection shows that extra preparation, paint correction, panel repair or special handling is needed, we will explain what we found and the additional cost, and we will not proceed with extra work without your approval.
Appointment dates are agreed in advance. Many services need the vehicle to stay with us for one or more days so that films and coatings can be applied and cured properly. Please arrive on time, and let us know as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking and to reserve materials, particularly for full-body paint protection film and larger projects. The remaining balance is due when the work is completed and before the vehicle is released to you.
We accept the payment methods displayed at our centre, which may include cash, bank transfer, UPI and cards. You will receive an invoice or receipt for every payment. If a payment is late or dishonoured, we may hold the vehicle until the outstanding amount is cleared and may charge reasonable storage fees for vehicles left with us after the agreed collection date.
Before we start, our team will inspect your vehicle and record its existing condition, including scratches, dents, chips, swirl marks, previous repairs, repainted panels, faded or damaged plastics and any warning lights. We may photograph the vehicle for this purpose, and we ask you to confirm the inspection record when you hand the vehicle over.
Protection products can only be applied well to a sound surface. Films and coatings do not hide or repair existing damage, and they may highlight it. Paint that has been repainted, has poor adhesion, or has lifting clear coat can peel or fail when film is applied or removed. In those cases we will advise you of the risk, and if you choose to go ahead we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing paint defects or for the failure of paint that was already compromised.
To help us do the job properly and keep your warranty valid, we ask that you provide accurate information about your vehicle, its history and any earlier treatments or repairs. You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to book the work, and that the vehicle is legally registered, insured and roadworthy.
You are responsible for collecting the vehicle on the agreed date, for following the aftercare instructions we give you, and for informing us promptly if you notice any problem after collection. For services such as window tint, you are also responsible for making sure that the shade and level of tint you choose is permitted for your vehicle under the laws and court orders that apply in your area.
We stand behind our work. Where a service includes a warranty, we will give you a written Workmanship Warranty that states the product used, the warranty period and what is covered. In general, the warranty protects you against defects in our installation and against product failure that is covered by the manufacturer, such as yellowing, cracking, bubbling or peeling of paint protection film, delamination or discolouration of window tint, and failure of a coating that has been properly cared for.
Warranty periods differ by product and package and are always stated in your warranty document. If a covered defect appears, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the vehicle and, where the claim is valid, repair or replace the affected area at no charge. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will help you with the claim process.
To make a claim, contact us with your name, vehicle details, invoice or warranty number and clear photographs of the problem. We may ask you to bring the vehicle in for inspection, and we reserve the right to verify that the aftercare and maintenance conditions of your warranty have been followed. Claims must be raised within the warranty period.
No protection product is indestructible, and our warranties do not cover every kind of damage. Unless your written warranty says otherwise, the following are not covered:
A coating or film improves protection and makes maintenance easier, but it does not make a vehicle scratch-proof, stain-proof or maintenance-free. Please keep expectations realistic, and ask us if you would like to know what a particular product can and cannot do.
Good aftercare is the best way to keep your protection working and your warranty valid. After collection we will give you aftercare instructions that suit the service you chose. These typically include keeping the vehicle dry and away from washing for a set curing period, avoiding automatic brush car washes, using pH-neutral shampoo and soft microfibre towels, and avoiding abrasive products on the treated surfaces.
For ceramic and graphene coatings, we recommend periodic maintenance washes and, where specified, an inspection or booster treatment at the intervals stated in your warranty. For paint protection film and window tint, avoid rolling down tinted windows for the period we advise, and avoid scraping or picking at film edges. For rust-proofing, we may recommend an annual check, especially if you drive in coastal, rainy or heavily salted conditions.
Our extended warranty and roadside assistance plans are sold separately from installation services and are governed by the plan document you receive when you buy. The plan document sets out the coverage, the plan period, the limits on the number and type of callouts, any distance limits for towing, the geographic area covered and the steps to request help.
Roadside assistance covers the services listed in your plan, such as towing to the nearest suitable workshop, jump-starts, flat-tyre support and similar help. It does not cover the cost of repairs, parts, fuel, or any damage that arises from the breakdown itself unless the plan says so. Plans may carry a waiting period before coverage starts, and they may be cancelled or declined where the vehicle has been used for racing, commercial hire or other uses excluded in the plan document.
Please keep your plan number and our assistance contact details somewhere easy to reach, such as on your phone or in your glovebox, so that you can get help quickly when you need it.
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. If you cancel before we have ordered materials or started work, we will normally refund your deposit, less any non-recoverable costs. If materials have been ordered or cut to fit your vehicle, or work has already begun, we may retain a fair portion of the deposit or charge for the work and materials already used.
Because films, coatings and treatments are applied to your vehicle and cannot be returned, completed services are not refundable. If you are unhappy with the result, please tell us within seven days of collection so that we can inspect the work and put it right under our workmanship warranty. Plans may be cancelled in line with the cancellation clause in the plan document, and any refund will be calculated for the unused period after deducting any claims already made and administrative costs.
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, usually within fourteen working days.
We will tell you the expected completion time for your service, but timelines can change depending on weather, curing conditions, material availability and the condition of the vehicle. We will keep you informed if there is a delay. Please collect your vehicle within two days of being notified that it is ready.
When you collect the vehicle, please inspect it with our team and tell us immediately about any concerns. Vehicles left beyond the agreed collection date may be charged a reasonable daily storage fee, and the vehicle remains at the owner's risk while in storage. We take all reasonable care of vehicles in our premises, and our facility is covered by insurance, but we cannot guarantee against events outside our control.
We will carry out our services with reasonable skill and care, using trained technicians and quality materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle, loss of income, rental costs, or loss of resale value, nor for damage that arises from pre-existing conditions, from factors outside our control, or from your failure to follow our advice and aftercare instructions. We are also not responsible for any manufacturer warranty position on your vehicle, and you should check with your vehicle manufacturer if you have concerns about how third-party protection products may interact with it.
When you contact us, request a quote or book a service, we collect personal details such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and registration number, and the services you are interested in. We use this information to prepare quotes, schedule work, issue invoices and warranties, provide support, and let you know about reminders and offers where you have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to deliver our services, such as installers, product manufacturers for warranty registration, payment providers, roadside partners and, where required, with authorities under applicable law. We keep your information for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us at any time.
With your permission, we may photograph your vehicle before, during and after the work for inspection and quality records, and we may use images in our portfolio or on social media. Please tell us if you would prefer that your vehicle not be featured.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, power or utility failures, strikes, supply chain disruptions, shortages of materials, government orders, public health restrictions and similar circumstances. In such cases we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can, agree a revised timeline with you, and where the delay is lengthy, discuss reasonable alternatives including a refund for services not yet performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would always rather resolve a concern directly with you, so if you have a complaint, please contact us first and give us the opportunity to put things right. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our business practices. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Changes apply to bookings and purchases made after the update. Services already booked will continue under the terms that applied when you confirmed them, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to the new terms.
